Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect: account information (username, email, hashed password, date of birth, state of residence); gameplay data (Clash Royale player tag, friend link, match history, match entry history); identity verification data (name, address, government ID — collected and stored by Stripe, not BetRoyale); and technical metadata (IP address, session identifiers, browser type).

2. Payment & Identity Data

Deposits and cash outs are processed by Stripe, Inc. BetRoyale does not store payment card numbers or full government ID images. Stripe's Privacy Policy (stripe.com/privacy) governs how Stripe handles your financial and identity data.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to: operate and secure your account; verify your age and state eligibility; settle match results and distribute prizes; detect and prevent fraud and collusion; comply with legal obligations; and send transactional emails (verification codes, prize confirmations). We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only: with Stripe for payment and identity processing; with Supercell's Clash Royale API to verify battle outcomes; with law enforcement or regulators when legally required; and with service providers who assist in operating the platform under data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the life of your account. Financial records (deposits, withdrawals, match entry history) are retained for 7 years to comply with financial regulations. You may request deletion of non-financial personal data by emailing support@betroyale.win.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2+. We conduct periodic security reviews. No system is completely secure; please use a strong, unique password.

7. Cookies

BetRoyale uses only session cookies that are strictly necessary for login and platform security. We do not use third-party advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from logging in.

8. Your Rights (CCPA / GDPR)

California residents have the right to know what personal data we collect, request deletion of their data, and opt out of sale of their data (we do not sell data). EEA/UK residents have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email support@betroyale.win with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

BetRoyale is not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact support@betroyale.win immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance and reflected with a new effective date at the top of this page.
